This coming Friday, November 11th and on such a special date, La Imprenta will present a series of events that will take place every Friday night until the end of December under the title “Welcome Home by Caroline Cohen”.
This announcement fills us with joy because Caroline’s name has been linked to La Imprenta since its birth in the summer of 2017. They were born together to separate some time later, so we can say that we will attend with great enthusiasm the return home of this great artist.
We have a total of eight performances ahead of us with unique and exclusive dinners where music will be the main protagonist.

Cava “Violette”
Starters:
- Quinoa salad & Teriyaki salmon
- Potato stuffed with almond praline and Roquefort cheese
- Corn cake with premium beef steak tartare
- Oyster ceviche
Main:
- Rack of lamb on couscous, yoghourt and mint sauce
- Rooster loin of San Pedro baked
- Roasted eggplant on tomato and coriander stew with tofu and tahini (vegan option)
Desserts:
- Chocolate brownie with walnuts, strawberries and broken chocolate flan and ice cream
- Puff pastry and apple tartlet with vanilla ice cream
